Campaigns are temporarily on hold while we review flagged activity.
I am trying to send an announcement test to only myself and I get this error message; I have sent an email but no response. It has nearly been 24 hours since this occurred. How do I rectify?

It looks like your campaigns are on hold due to a high bounce rate. This occurs when a high percentage of your recipients did not receive your last campaign due to it being rejected by the recipient's email server. This can be due to various reasons, but when this happens we recommend tagging the bounced group with a unique tag to easily identify them and confirming that the emails for the contact are still valid.
To clear the bounce rate error, we will need to open a ticket to our dev team to have it manually cleared. This can always be done through Thryv Support.
I went ahead and submitted a ticket for you. I will keep you updated here with any new information.
