    Hi Erin,

    The bounce rate error you are seeing happens when there is a high percentage of clients with email addresses that are undeliverable for any reason. When this happens, we encourage users to review the bounced email addresses and confirm with the client that it is a correct email. This helps avoid any future bounce rate issues, which can potentially negatively affect your account if it happens too often. 

    I have linked our guide on scrubbing emails here. Any time this error happens, we will need to open a ticket to our dev team to have the error removed. I have escalated a ticket on your behalf and will email you directly when I see it has been cleared.

     It could be a caching issue. When I access your account, I am not seeing it blocked. Could you confirm if the issue still shows when using a incognito/private browser tab? Alternatively, you could try clearing cache/cookies (all time), closing your browser, then logging in again.
