    Great question David! This definitely sounds frustrating. What you are describing is not the intended behavior, and you're correct that normally this information is stored on a cookie so users don't have to do this every time. 

    Can you confirm the following troubleshooting steps?

    • Make sure Cookies are not being cleared or blocked, so that Thryv can remember the device.
    • Something could be causing your IP/network to keep changing. Some examples of this include but are not limited to: dynamic ISP, VPN, mobile hotspot. Can you verify this is not happening either?

    If it's still happening, let us know and we'll continue to troubleshoot.

    I do have a VPN, but I keep it off if I am not on a public network. This occurs on my iphone, which is either on cellular network, or my home network wifi, no hotspots involved. I’m uncertain how to check any of the other settings as far as clearing cookies in the app.
