Setting reminder
Yesterday we lost our ability to set reminders when working with respective prospects.
The function is still not back as of the writing of this message.

Hello NBC, we're not able to replicate on our side. Can you try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that the client for which you are trying to set a reminder has sent you a message in your inbox, or otherwise made an appointment, payment, etc. A reminder can not be created for a client that has not yet interacted with you
2. Clear cache and cookies. Sometimes this causes "missing" buttons to reappear
3. After these 2 steps, can you post a screenshot of the missing button here for us to investigate further?
