How do clients upload multiple documents?

When my clients go to upload multiple documents, the icon of an arrow in a box doesn't pop up for them to upload more documents into one message. Or is there another way?

  Hi Brittany,

  If your clients are uploading documents through the invite link, they should be able to upload multiple files, as long as its an accepted file type. It should look similar to this:
  
  
  If they need to add more photos, selecting the box with the paperclip icon would allow them to go back in and select other files. Is this the process you were referring to?
