Thryv Pay Business Information
I updated our Thryv pay business info from our owner's details to our actual business details. When updating the Tax id to our EIN it is giving me an error saying it is an invalid tax id. Please help.

It sounds like you may have originally signed up for ThryvPay as an individual or sole proprietor, meaning the ThryvPay account was approved under those conditions.
