I just added a new staff member, Joyce B, and she will be handling the quotes that come through, however she is not receiving the emails that come over to where she knows there is a new message from a customer.

Thanks for your post Melissa! We did confirm that Joyce is the default assignee and should be receiving new inquiries going forward. Any customers previously added still need to be assigned to her under clients for notifications of their messages. We'll follow up with you directly to further troubleshoot!
