Add order now button to SM post

Hi Help Team, 

 

I am writing to report an issue with the "Order Now" link. It does not work after a scheduled post is live on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

 

I create my social media posts in Canva and include the "Order Now" button with the Kwixar URL link. Could you please look into this? See post below from Friday, July 25.

  Meta does not support buttons within the image of a post. Even if it's built in on a 3rd party design program like Canva, all that Facebook will post is the image. To create a CTA link your customers can use, there are 2 other options. The first is to add the link in the Media area of the post rather than the image. The image displayed will be the preview image associated with that link, which is controlled by the website to which the link directs and can not be edited in Thryv or Facebook.
  
  

  Alternatively, you could leave the image as is and paste the link in the caption of your post, just keep in mind this still won't create a "button" on the image the way you're envisioning due to Meta's limitations.
