I can't see all conversations and notes

    Thanks for your question Sara! The answer has to do with your user permissions in Thryv Business Center. The View All/Only Me toggle is only available to admins. The reason that you are not able to see client conversations and notes is because your staff account is the Marketer role. These items are not available on that role. If this is access you need to have, you'll need to speak with your Thryv Business Center admin to raise your permission level.
