When sending a Campaign Email through Business Center, the end-user receives it from a no-reply@thryv.com email address. What happens when an end-user does reply to their marketing campaign email, and where can the response be found?

Great question Chase! In short, the message will simply fail. As implied by the name, the email address isn't meant to be replied to, so it will not be received or accessible anywhere. If the goal is to initiate a dialogue with the customer, the best course of action is to use Contact Us as the call to action in the email campaign. This enables the end customer to fill out a more detailed contact form, allowing the business owner to capture more information about this customer.
