Is there an auto message/email that can be activated for use when you enter a new client into Thryv Business Center?

  Michelle, yes absolutely! To do this, navigate to Marketing>Automated Campaigns

  

  From there, you can create (or edit) a New Customer campaign. Alternatively, you can use a New Lead campaign if your customers are first entered as leads

  

  

  When creating a new automated campaign, make sure the correct trigger is selected.

  

   

  From here, all you need to do is edit the message. Pay careful attention to your copy and call to action, and this message will automatically send every 24 hours to all new clients (or leads).
