    Admin thank you for your valuable feedback! What you are asking for is partially possible, but this is important feedback for us to note.

    You are able to set a language for Thryv Business Center under Settings, and Business Info

     

    While the language selected here is active, any communications sent to customers will be in the selected language (including invoices, appointment requests, etc). However, any automated reminders sent will also be in the language selected at the time they are sent. In addition, your client portal will be in the selected language. In other words, messages you send can be toggled, but anything automated will stay in the set language.

    It sounds like what you are really asking for is a setting on each client card to select a language for that client. This is a great feature request! While it isn't possible now, we are noting this feedback. If any other Thryv users would also like to see this added, let us know in a comment!
