client wants to be able to have their customers book pontoon rentals online with dedicated timeslots in 4 hour intervals

For example  Booking  from 9am-1pm  Booking from 1:15-5:15pm

Is this possible?

  Hey there Kari! The only types of appointments that have dedicated time slots are Group Events. There is a workaround for this. How this user can do this is to create a "group event" for the pontoon rental, with the number of attendees set at 1. This will allow them to book 1 pontoon boat at a set time slot with one customer booking it. Keep in mind if they have multiple boats they can do 1 event per boat.
  
  In the meantime, we have notated the feedback request for dedicated timeslots for 1:1 events as well. If any other Thryv users would like to see this added, let us know in a comment!
