Sending SMS through Twilio
I've read the article on the Marketplace Twilio integration and it mentions that it will inject an SMS sent to the Twilio number into Thryv as a conversation, and you can reply from the Thryv Inbox.
My questions are:
1. Can you initiate sending an SMS to a client that is in the Thryv CRM and have it send through the Twilio, or can you only respond to a message received?
2. The article mentions replying through the Thryv Inbox. There is no longer a Thryv Inbox in the Business Center, so we are unsure where to access.

Great question Chase! Any Thryv Business Center client can respond to a Twilio message through the Client Card. When you receive the notification, you're able to go to that client card and respond there.
You are correct that there is a limitation where conversations can not be initiated by the Twilio integration, only responded to.

To further clarify the part about the inbox, the Twilio integration is only available through the Classic Thryv Business Center App Market, meaning it is only available for users who still have their inbox in Thryv Command Center. For the reason you specified it is not available through the new marketplace

Thanks Chase this is important to clarify for users:
Thryv Command Center users should click on articles containing the Marketplace label, whereas classic Thryv Business Center users (purchased before August 1st, 2023) should use App Market1
