    Hello Stephen! As you mentioned in your post, normally when an appointment is cancelled in Thryv Business Center, it is also cancelled in your synced Google Calendar. However, in this case it appears the event syncing from the Google calendar is not linked to the appointment from Thryv Business Center. It appears as if the event was duplicated from the Google Calendar, possibly by mistake.

    To remove this time from your Thryv Business Center calendar, you will need to cancel it in your Google Calendar directly.
