Campaigns on hold. How long until resolved?
I was just hired as an admin last month to assist a client with her Thryv CRM. The contact list had not been updated in some time, and I sent out an email blast for an upcoming event. We had a bounce rate of 11% and now our marketing emails have been on hold for 2 weeks. I deleted the users from the CRM who bounced, but no word on when we get our campaigns back.
How long does this take to happen?Â
Two weeks is a long time for a business to be put on hold for marketing especially with no contact from Thryv about the issue, or how they wanted me to resolve it. Please advise.

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the campaigns. Campaigns are automatically blocked by the system when a high bounce rate occurs. For the campaigns to be unblocked, we ask that clients reach out to our Thryv Support team at 844.998.4798 or support@thryv.com. A ticket will be opened for our tech team to unblock it for you.
