New Inquiries in Clients (CRM Beta)
I'm confused about how "new inquiries" get fed into my Client Relationship Manager. I imported a client list and some imported customers went into "new inquiries" but not all. I recently had someone fill out a form submission on my website, and when I logged into my Business Center, that new submission didn't filter into new inquiries.
What exactly triggers a lead/customer to get filtered into the "new inquiries" view?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Our development team has released a fix, and all new form submissions will appear in the New Inquiries filter.
