Resending announcements
Why can't I resend an announcement that I have previously sent?
I redesigned an announcement I sent last October. I sent it to a handful (5) of clients as SEND NOW for their review and suggestions.
I am not getting any indication of today's distribution in the Delivery History.
I cloned the announcement and sent it to the same five(5) clients as SEND NOW. The announcement is now marked "scheduled for later."
What the heck is going on???

Tom thanks for your post! There is some latency with this. I would try waiting a few minutes and refreshing the page. If it stays that way for more than an hour we can take a look at this.
Sometimes a campaign takes a few minutes or longer to send. This is similar to how Outlook or Gmail might have a message in your "outbox" for a few minutes. Typically the delay isn't noticeable, but this can happen.

There was a delay. I finally received two announcements because I thought Thryv had lost the first one.
It's not intuitive, especially when you see the "scheduled for later" message after selecting "send now."
Perhaps the change team can change the message to "Thryv is processing your announcement for delivery, and we will send it shortly. Thank you for your patience."0 -
