    Hey there!

    Currently, package credits can only be applied to new appointments. If the business would like to "use" a credit for a previous appointment, here is a possible work around:

    1. Record an offline payment for that appointment so that it reflects as paid in Business Center
    2. Edit the package credits for that client to remove one of the credits

    As this isnt an existing feature, I have created a feature request and added you to it. This counts as a vote in favor of us developing the request and you will be notified of any updates, including if it is added to our roadmap.
