I can't fully charge my card reader. If I leave it charging overnight, it will display only two lights when I unplug it.

I reset the unit without any change.

I tried my office desk USB ports, desktop USB ports, and traditional electrical outlets. Each instance used the shipped cord.

Thoughts?
