How do I find and export a list of all of our current logged customers/ leads?

  Great question Matt! To export all of your customers and leads in one sheet, navigate to Jobs in your left-hand navigation (for some accounts this may say Clients, Properties, or another term depending on your configuration). Then, in the top-right, click on More Actions>Export. From here, choose which columns to include on your export, and for Rows (which are the individual clients/leads) choose whether to export all or select Filtered for just the clients/leads in your current view. 

  
  Alternatively, if your goal is to create 2 sheets, one for customers and one for leads, you can create a custom view for each of these, then do the export and set Rows to Filtered. To do so, click on Filters>Status and set the filter for the preferred status, then you can click Save as new view
