Resend invite - no option

How do you resend a Thryv invitation to employees?  I am an Admin (NOT the primary admin).  I have added staff and a couple changed emails.  How do I resend the invite to them? 

I go to Settings, Staff, and per the Thryv instructions I should click the three dots to the right of their name and get an option to "resend invite".  

That does not exist.  

Any help would be appreciated.

    Tim, in the meantime, the affected staff member can attempt to log in with their email, and click on Forgot Password, and trigger the same email themselves
