    Can you increase the timethat you Don't have to log in again

    1. The time it takes before you must log in again isn't able to be changed. This is a security measure and not something that can be adjusted

    2. In terms of Thryv replacing Todoist, in short it depends on what you are using Todoist for. Todoist is a task management system designed to create a to do list for either you or your staff, with notifications and reminders.

    Thryv Business Center has many capabilities for assigning work to your team members, including assigning entire customers to your staff, messages from them for follow up, and appointments with notifications and reminders. The client cards you can assign to your staff include notes, invoice/payment information, documents and appointments. Where Thryv Business Center really shines is giving your staff everything they need to get the job done.

    Communicating tasks to your team can be solved with TeamChat, which includes channels for projects and staff communication. You can use @ to tag and notify your staff members, and # to reference an item in your Thryv CRM, such as a customer, invoice or appointment.

    In Thryv Business Center, every task that could be assigned is tied back to an appointment or client card. What Todoist has is independent tasks with checkboxes that can remove them from your list.
