Cloning one service item to save time

My Thryv representative, Inicki Noble showed me how to clone service items to save time. But I can't find where that options is.

Please tell me where to find the 'clone' menu item to save time when creating service items.

  Hey there Todd! To clone a service, first navigate to Settings>My Services. Then, from your service menu, hover over the service you'd like to clone, and click the tri-dots, and select clone from the menu that appears. This creates a duplicate of the service you are cloning.
