Great question Basil! Funnels are a tool within the Heatmap in Thryv Marketing Center where you can chart a course through your website that you expect website visitors to take. 

To create a funnel, you'll need to create a series of steps in the order a website visitor would do them. A quick example would look something like

1. Land on homepage
2. Click on Appointmnet Scheduler
3. Book an Appointment
4. Pay their fee

Then, you can return to the funnel and see exactly how far into that process a visitor typically gets before dropping off. This can help inform the structure of your website, including things like making a key button more obvious or positioning it better. 

To create one, navigate to Thryv Marketing Center>Analytics>Website>Heatmap>Funnels. Then, add the steps for visitors to take. You are able to create multiple funnels, and return to this screen to see how visitors are interacting with your site relative to your expectations of them.
