Automated Campaigns

I wanted to create a new automated campaign inside my Business Center Plus but was unable to do so. I used the Ask AI feature, and it said that only the unlimited Business Center will allow me to create new ones, but I can edit the existing templates within my Thryv Plus account. My question is how many templates come with the plus and are they able to be switched out?

Great question Basil Thryv Business Center Plus comes with 5 automated campaign templates, with 5 different triggers. All of the templates can be edited in terms of copy, call to action, image, and additional settings can be applied to the triggers (for example, only triggering for clients with certain tags). However the triggers themselves can't be changed. For example, there can be only one campaign for "customer reactivation," or "Ask for a review" etc.
