export report not working
AnsweredTrying to run Billing & Invoicing reports in Thryv dashboard. Once I select my criteria nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem?
Please advise.

Thanks for your post! We need some clarification to assist with your export. Are you saying that when you adjust the filters here the information displayed is not changing?
or are you saying that changing the filters set in this step are not applying to your export? If that's the case, remember that Rows needs to be set to filtered to apply your current filters to your export.
Do either of these resolve the issue, or is it something else?

Thanks. I selected the filter button and still no report is produced. Is there something else I need to do? Please advise. Thanks.

Also, I just tried to run the report again and the system kicked me out. I had to log back into Thryv.

Once you click the download button on that same screen the report should start downloading and appear in your downloads.
Since this isn't happening our team can reach out and jump on a call to troubleshoot, or if this is not possible we can examine a video. We will reach out to you directly to coordinate
