Returning Staff member
I have a returning staff member. When attempting to add them to my staff settings, I am blocked as their email already exists in the system.
I have made two staff members innactive to support having space to add them onto the system but it hasn't resolved the issue.
Appreciate your assistance.

Thanks for posting Matthew! If the error you are getting says the email already exists, making other staff members inactive won't solve it, so don't worry about deactivating other staff.
We are able to troubleshoot this, but to do so we'll need the email address of the staff account you are trying to add. Our team will reach out to you directly for this and get this resolved for you.

Thank you for providing that information so quickly! Our team has reset that email so it can be added again. You should now be able to add this staff member with no issues.
