Thryv Pay invoice amount is different than the actual invoice I generated. Thryv Pay is adding tax to the total that already includes the tax. How do I change that?

    Thanks for your post Terry! A screenshot may help here. 

    Here is how it is supposed to look, according to your settings. The tax will display along with the line item on each line. 
    Then, below your line items, you'll have the total cost of items (minus tax), the tax itself, then the full price of items plus tax. This isn't adding the tax a second time, just displaying it a second time. In other words, if you add up each line item on your invoice, it should still equal the bottom line payment. I've included a visual, prices obscured, of how it should look. I used one line item for simplicity, but if an invoice includes multiple, you should be able to add them and match the bottom box.


    Now, if what you're seeing differs from this, can you include a screenshot of the difference (we can obscure prices) so we can investigate? I'll have a team member reach out to you as well
