Scheduled Payments - Saving CC on file

What happens with clients who do not want to save their CC information on file but want to use scheduled payments, can they opt to not save their card and receive a payment request every scheduled occurrence or, is it mandatory to save their card on file?

    Thanks for your question Karla! At this time there is not a way to set up a scheduled automated payment link. The use of scheduled payments with ThryvPay requires a card to be saved.

    We have created a feature request for an automated scheduled payment link where the customer can make a payment themselves. If any other ThryvPay merchants would like to see this enhancement, log in and leave a comment and we can add you to the request.
