customizing invoices

Good Morning,
I would like to add a line to my invoices to indicate E-Transfer as a preferred payment method and adding my email address to transfer payment to. Can I make that change myself? Or is it an administrator function at my Head Office level?

Hello Terry! This is a change that each location can make in Business Center directly
You could add that information as a $0 line item to your invoices using a custom item, however you may be better served to add it as a note to client. Note that when you type here you can save the note for future invoices.
This way, this information won't appear among your regular products on your invoice. It will be both on the downloaded pdf and on the email sent to your customer before they click into the invoice, so it is much more likely they would see it this way.
