Business Center - Add Tips & Fees to a Single Transaction
Previously, convenience/surcharge fees and tips were reported on a separate transaction from the initial payment request or invoice amount. With this enhancement, you will be able to view these fees and tips that are added to transactions when collected during payment all in one record. This will allow you to see a summarized view of incremental revenue from fees and tips - all in one easy-to-read record.
Introducing a new way for our client to manage their views with customizable dashboard:

Customers will receive one receipt that includes any convenience/surcharge fees and tips associated with their payment

Simplified accounting reconciliation.
Business Center users will be able to view their tips and fees collected with the associated invoice.

This is somewhat related to the previous Thryv release notification. My client frequently processes credit card payments manually for his customers rather than sending them a payment link. His customers often tip him but there appears to be no option to add a tip when manually entering a payment. He must create a second payment just for the tip. Is there a recommended work-around?
