Take payment
When I am sending out a new appointment, I thought there was a "You want to take a payment checkbox"? If not, where might I find it thanks?

Hi Wendy,
That option is located under "Location & Price" when you are creating an appointment. A menu will unhide to give you that option to add a payment link. I have a screenshot here highlighting it:
