    Thanks for your question Kari! A CC invite wouldn't tie up the user's email to be added in a separate BC. It would only become an issue if the recipient went all the way through and set up the CC on a new account. From what it looks like that's exactly what this user did. 

    In this case the father and son will need to proceed together on one invitation so their account stays together.

    In general, one email can only be a staff member on one entire Thryv account, so a Command Center and Business Center that are linked together. However if an email is already in use as a staff account on an existing Business Center, then that email can't be used to set up a new Command Center.
