    Hello Samantha and thank you for your post, as this is important to clarify. 

    "Down" isn't quite the best word to describe this situation. Cell phone carriers have come out with new and constantly changing regulations around delivering business SMS messages to their customers. As a result, they are not currently delivering messages from Thryv numbers that were not previously registered with TCR

    We are in the process of working with cell phone carriers for a solution to restore this feature for our clients. However, because it is cell phone carriers that are in control of this process, we are not able to provide a timeline. We are acutely aware of the issues this is causing clients and are committed to constantly improving the software in areas within our control, as well as providing the highest level of service.
