    Hey there Jenette, thanks for your question! ThryvPay real-time settles each approved transactions. All settled transactions are batched into one deposit (net of fees/refunds) and is automatically created daily (M-F excluding holidays) at 7pm CST. Once a deposit is created,  we send the funds over to your bank to process

    Good Morning

    I am writing to ask if there is a simple report to match with the actual amount received in the bank.  I understand the status of paid versus pending but this morning my usual process of narrowing down to get the agreed amount from the bank statement is not working.  This is after exporting the Thryv payments report.

    Hello Emma! Can you tell us more about the problem specifically? You should just be able to subtract Total Fees (column Q) from Gross Amount (column P)

    When you do this for the given time period, is it not matching up with the total on your bank statement? If this is the case let us know and our team will reach out to you directly for details.
