I was curious about how the encryption works and looks like when it comes to the HIPAA compliance add-on. Knowing that one is provided is great, but knowing how it works or looks like would be beneficial for me and Future HIPAA-compliant businesses.

  Thanks for your question! Our HIPAA Security includes:

  • AES-256 Encryption

  • Ongoing Patch Management
  • In-transit encryption using 2,048-bit or better

  • In-transit TLS 1.1 or above. Users with modern browsers will use TLS 1.2 or 1.3.Web Application Firewall (WAF)

  • Regular audits and testing
