    Hey there, Basil! I would recommend using Google sheets to transfer their client information. Chances are their other software is capable of exporting their information. Even if they have their client information in something as simple as a word document, they can paste it into a Google sheet and sync from there. If they want to keep using their other software, and that other software can import from a spreadsheet, they could export clients from Business Center to the Google sheet as well and sync back and forth.
