How can I export inbox messages from my clients?

Thanks for your question Vivian! There isn't a current export function in Business Center, but we have received this as a feature request before. We will add you to the request in our Feedback Center to make sure you are updated.
In the meantime, I have seen clients copy the conversation and paste it into a word document. While the formatting is not always exact, some clients have used this as a workaround.Thanks for your post, if you have any other questions or run into anything else, please make another post or leave a comment. Has there been any updates to this? I am also looking to export inbox messages, specifically entire conversation logs with client.

Thanks for jumping in Avi! More feedback helps us better prioritize requests. There is not a native function to print or export a conversation, only the workaround mentioned above.

Another vote for adding this feature. The copy/paste workaround is still cumbersome because many messages are cut off with "see more..." so to get the entire conversation, one has to first expand all those messages and then copy/paste. Retaining our conversations with customers is hugely important for continuity and professionalism in our communications.
