    how can I turn off my call tracking?  I am missing phone calls from potential clients because my phone does not ring when they call through the call tracking line

    Thanks for your question Brent! There isn't a way to disable call tracking as it's an essential feature to track the performance of Thryv Marketing Center. With that being said, the tracking number absolutely should be ringing to your destination phone number, so we'll need to fix this. 

    The first step is to verify your destination number. To do this, navigate to Settings>Destination Number, and make sure the number that appears is the number that you need to receive calls. If it isn't, click on Edit and enter the correct number and this will resolve the issue.

    If the number is correct, our team will need to investigate from our end. We'll reach out by email as well to ensure this gets resolved if more is needed
