ThryvLeads Chat vs Thryv WebChat
If a client that already has Thryv Leads Chat on their site and wants to try the Thryv WebChat instead: If they don't like having to be the ones in charge of replying back, would they have the option to re-add the Thryv Leads Chat if they like it better?

Thryv Leads Chat can be added back to the client's website after an opt out if they still meet the criteria of having an active Thryv Leads campaign and a website that is compatible. For assistance with Thryv Leads Chat please contact Thryv Support 844-998-4798.

It sounds like it's an either or between Thryv Leads Chat or Webchat. Is that correct? Also, does the client get the full chat transcript with the Thryv Leads Chat or just the form fill?

Basil not necessarily. While it would definitely create a bad experience to use the chat function of Thryv Leads along with WebChat, what you can do as a Thryv Leads user is contact support to disable the chat function of Thryv Leads, then install WebChat on your site. Bear in mind this means chats received wouldn't appear in Thryv Leads reporting, though they would still appear in your inbox as normal.
As for the transcript, the full chat transcript will inject into your inbox for both solutions, and if you're using Thryv Leads chat, you can also view the transcript in your Thryv Leads reporting. Thanks and hope this helps!0
