How to view form submissions

How can we see all the form submissions (form fills) completed on our Thryv website? Where are they saved?

  Thank you for your question. All form submissions will be attached as a conversation in your software to the client who submitted it. The email that is saved on file, will also get a notification so that you are aware that a form was submitted.

  Alternatively, if you would like to export a list of submissions over a period of time, you can do so by accessing your website stats. This can be done by going to Online Presence>Websites.

  A new tab will pop up showing your Thryv site, if you click on Overview (the icon with 4 squares), this will open your website analytics.

  

  Form Responses in the left menu will allow you to see all form fills and you can export them to Excel.
