Thanks for your question Keith! This is possible when sending emails in Command Center. At the bottom of the conversation when creating your message, you can use the CC or BCC function to include additional email addresses as recipients. Should one of these other people respond, a contact will be created for them in Command Center as well. This will also create a contact in Business Center for the additional contact as well, however keep in mind any invoices, appointments, etc, will always be on the initial client card.

This functionality is not available for SMS, as SMS is more strictly regulated by both the government and cell phone carriers, and sending text messages to more than one individual as a business carries stricter regulations.
