Listings Management Issues
Encountered these issues with the Listings Management inside the TBC:
1.Certain data such as the email address or business logo (cropped) shown in the "Business Info" section syncs over and overrides any changes/saved made in the Listings Management/Yext console which in turns synchronizes to all the listings. To undo those changes you have go to "Manage my listings" or Yext console settings to remove the contact email and change the logo back then sync those changes to synchronize the listings. By the way, the option "Display email address to clients" is unchecked so this shouldn't be happening. This issue happens randomly and hasn't been fixed since first reported 10/10.
2. The "Social Media URLS" section for Facebook URL doesn't match with what is inside the Yext console "Social Media" section for Facebook URL. Thryv shows the "Facebook Name" field from Yext rather than the "Facebook Page URL" field. If you change the URL in TLM it will change the Facebook Name in Yext and then Yext will generate an error that "Your entity name does not match what is on your Facebook page." This issue can be easily replicated and hasn't been fixed since first reported 6/28. (Also, it would be nice to see Linkedin added to TLM - already in Yext)
3. When "Update My Listing" button is selected, it gives an error that the "main phone is required" despite already listed and not changed. It requires you to remove the "+1" that the system appends automatically in front of the number and then you can submit the changes. This issue happens every time.
4. No option to "Opt Out" of unavailable listings like you can with synced listings. Only has a "Contact Support" button while in Yext console the options "Opt In/Opt Out" are greyed out.
5. Listing Publisher Data Axle is still listed as "Infogroup Small Business" while in Yext console it is listed as "Data Axle" They changed names in 2020.
