How to Open Your Inbox
To access your inbox, click Inbox in the left-hand navigation menu. Your inbox displays all incoming messages and notifications in chronological order.
How to Select Messages in Your Inbox
To select a single message, click the checkbox next to the message. To select all messages at once, click All. To deselect all selected messages, click None.
How to Set a Reminder on a Message
To set a reminder on a message, click the checkbox next to the message to select it. Click Remind Me In and choose a time. You can also add a note to the reminder to record what you need to do when the reminder appears.
How to Archive a Message
Archiving a message removes it from your inbox and moves it to your Archived folder. The message is not permanently deleted and remains accessible in your Archived folder.
To archive a message, click the checkbox next to the message to select it. Click Archive, then click OK to confirm.
How to Delete a Message
Deleting a message removes it from your inbox and moves it to your Deleted folder. The message is not permanently deleted and remains accessible in your Deleted folder.
To delete a message, click the checkbox next to the message to select it. Click Delete, then click OK to confirm.
How to Mark a Message as Unread or Read
To mark a message as unread, click the checkbox next to the message to select it. Click More at the top of the message list, then click Mark as Unread.
To mark an unread message as read, click the checkbox next to the message to select it. Click More at the top of the message list, then click Mark as Read.
How to Mark a Message as Spam
Marking a message as spam removes it from your inbox and stops incoming messages from that sender address.
To mark a message as spam, click the checkbox next to the message to select it. Click More at the top of the message list, then click Mark as Spam.
