Processing fees, unexpected chargebacks, and payment methods that don't match your business model can quietly eat into your revenue if your payment settings are not configured correctly. ThryvPay Settings gives you full control over how you accept payments, including toggling credit cards, wallet pay options like Apple Pay and Google Pay, ACH bank transfers, convenience fees, and tips on or off from a single settings page. When you configure ThryvPay Settings, you can set a credit card transaction limit to cap your processing fee exposure, enter a convenience fee amount to offset card processing costs, and set default tip percentage options for your clients at checkout. The Settings page also lets you update your business details, change the bank account where ThryvPay deposits your funds, and upload identity verification documents or chargeback supporting documentation when needed. To access ThryvPay Settings, click Sales in the left-hand navigation, scroll down to ThryvPay, and click Settings.
