Quickpay is a feature in the Thryv Business Center™ app that lets you collect payment from a client on the spot, without an invoice or computer, and without making your client wait. Whether you're finishing a job at a client's location or collecting a deposit at a consultation, Quickpay lets you get paid immediately from your mobile device.
This article covers how to collect a payment using Quickpay in the Thryv Business Center mobile app. Before using Quickpay, the Thryv Business Center app must be installed on your mobile device. Learn how to download and install the Thryv mobile app.
Why Use Quickpay to Collect Payment on the Go
As a business owner, waiting to get paid shouldn't be part of the job. Quickpay lets you collect payment from a client the moment the work is done, no follow up invoice, no waiting on a check in the mail, and no chasing down past due balances later.
Quickpay is built for the moments when you're away from your desk. Use it to collect a deposit before starting a job, take full payment at a client's location when the work is complete, or process a quick transaction at a pop up event or trade show. Because Quickpay runs through the Thryv Business Center app on your mobile device, you always have a payment terminal in your pocket.
Collecting payment through Quickpay also keeps your transaction history in one place. Every Quickpay payment is recorded in your payment history automatically, so you don't have to manually track mobile transactions separately from your other payments.
