You will instantly be taken to the page to apply for your funding. After reviewing information on this page about Fora Financial, click on Get Started to begin your application.

First you will need to answer a few questions about your business. Note that Fora Financial may ask for additional documentation after the application is completed.

At any point in the process, if you need to go back a page, click on < Back at the top left of every page

If you need to stop for any reason, click on the X at the top right of the page

You will be taken back to the main page with information about Fora Financial and the Get Started button. If you resume from here you will go back to the same place in your application. However, if you close the application altogether your information may not be saved.

To start the application, enter your annual gross sales.

Next, click on the button corresponding to the length of time you've been in business

Next enter your personal contact information so that Fora Financial can contact you with a decision. Once you are ready click on Complete

Once complete, you will see this confirmation screen. From here on out, Fora Financial will communicate with you directly concerning your application.
