Welcome to the Thryv Marketing Center™. This article will guide you through the Overview page of Thryv Marketing Center. The overview page is the initial dashboard when accessing Thryv Marketing Center, and contains high level data about your online presence.

At the top of the Overview tab, you can view the last 60 days of activity for the following metrics. 

• Impressions - This is the total of each time your ad, site, or listing appeared on a search result or site on Google's network
• Clicks - This includes all instances where anyone has clicked on one of your ads or listings powered by Thryv Marketing Center
• Interactions- Includes any calls or form fills on your Enhanced Profiles, Trackable Phone Numbers, Website, or other ads. 
• Leads - Includes all calls or form fills generated from:

• Enhanced Profiles

• Trackable Phone Numbers

• Growth Packages

• Website Click to Call

For a quick summary of actions taken by leads and customers on your campaigns, scroll down to the Activity Timeline. This shows a chronological view of how leads and customers are interacting with your website, listings, and ads. Click on View Details to see more information about a specific user session. In addition, you can hover over each interaction on the timeline for additional details.

Click on View Details to pop-out from the right side the full information about this interaction, including the current session, any previous sessions from the same user (if available) and the contact information for this lead (if available)

If you are a Thryv Business Center™ user, you can click on the tri-dots in the top right to send a quick communication to this customer. You can choose from one of the actions below

Anonymous vs. Identified Users visually shows the ratio of how many of your leads are anonymous compared to the ones Thryv was able to find information for. 
Interactions by Channel will show which of your channels are the top performing
