Profile Completion

The Profile Completion card acts as your personal checklist for making your business listing as powerful as possible. Every detail you add increases the chances of your business being found, trusted, and chosen by search engines and customers. Click on Edit to be taken to your full listing profile to complete or make changes.

How to Use This Section:

• Profile Completion: This percentage bar shows you at a glance how much essential information is missing. Our data shows that profiles closer to 100% completion rank significantly higher and receive more customer interest.
• Items Remaining: This number tells you exactly how many high-impact fields you still need to fill out (like adding a business description or hours) to reach 100%.
• Next Action Card: Use the rotating action cards (like "Add Business Description") to guide your next step. Clicking Add Now takes you directly to the field you need to update, eliminating any guesswork about where to go next.

Listing Status Tracker

These status tiles give you an instant, organized overview of your business listings across all platforms. Every tile is clickable, allowing you to quickly filter the list below and focus only on the listings that require your immediate attention. Click on a tile to filter your list to all listing publishers that are currently in that status.

• All Listings - Displays all listing publishers
• Connected - Only displays listing publishers that are fully connected
• Processing - Only displays listings that are in the process of syncing
• Not Connected - Shows listings that have not been connected or are opted out
• Issue Found - Filter for listings where there is an issue preventing the sync

Individual Publisher Status

This section is your detailed report card, displaying the real-time status of every platform connected to Thryv. This is where you quickly locate any listing that is having trouble and take action directly from the dashboard. Click the live view of each listing to check the first impression your business is making on leads.
